Diabeties is a conditon in which body is not able to maintain the blood sugar valel and it goes beyond normal and excretion of extra glucose in the urine. Symptoms ofDiabetes ate too much thirst, too much hunger, frequent urination, skin problems, blurred vision, exhaustion, constipation, very slow healing of wounds, headache, itching, glddiness, sudden weight loss etc. Causes of Diabetes are heredity, obsetiy, Mental tension, too much telivison watching, age, pregnaancy, virus whichf obstructs insulin production, etc.

Diabetes patients should avoid sugar intake in any form. if therre are too much urged to eat sweet then can take small quyality of Honey. Rice contains starch and to be avoided. Eat lot of green vegetabels, sprouts, dry furits. Drink lot of water in the morning. Sleep adequately, treat constipation etc.

  1. Ritus made up of Ragi, Ragi soups, Ragi balls, Ragi in milk can be used. Raghi used in any form is beneficial in Diabetes.
  2. Eating a cup of home made Curd helps to slow dowm the prgressionjj of Diabetes. induced by high fructose administration.
  3. Taking Bitter groud ( KErela) Juice or bitter groud in any form helps to control Diabetes.
  4. Blackv berries ( Jamun) seeds powdered and taken regurely and also eating Blck berrries helps to control Diabetes.
  5. pices of stem chopped from Red kino tree ( HOnne) boiled in water, filtered and this decocotion taken jhelps to control Diabetes.
  6. Chewing few leaves of Sweet neem ( Curry patta) everday morninig also helps to reduced Diabetes.
  7. Eating a Indian gooseberry ( Amla) everday helps in reducing Diabetes.
  8. Indian gooseberry (Amla) powder with Tumeric powder taken in teh empty stomach also helps to reduce Diabetes.
  9. Dip Fenugreek (Menthi) seeds overnight, eat them in the empty stomach in the morning or use freshfrenugreek leaves in cooking which cures Diabetes.

  12. Salted Buttermilk ( Chach ) take in the morning helps to reduces Diabetes.

  17. Sadabhar (Vinka rosia) is a food recuded vthe bollod sugar level. Boil one glass of water. in half glass of water, put of 3 flowers of Sadabhar, leave for 5 minutes the drink the water by removing the floser. Then drink the water by remivinig the flower. Then drink the other half galss of hot water. Continue for 7 days which is a good remedy for curing reducing Diabetes.
